‘Table toppers’ Chennai Super Kings will take on the last placed ‘Mumbai Indians’ in the 27th match of IPL 2018. One teams will go into this after losing just one game while the other one has just won a single game.
This will be the second time that both teams are facing each other this year. Last time when they met each other, it was the opening match. And who can forget that match where Dwayne Bravo just awestruck everyone with his bewildered innings to help CSK win by a whisker.
After that, CSK won a lot of close matches while MI lost such matches. But Mumbai didn’t make much changes to their playing XI as they got the right combination in the initial stage only but they didn’t perform. But this time, one change that is very much on the cards is replacing Kieron Pollard with either Ben Cutting or JP Duminy.
CSK on the other hand, will look forward to play with the same team unless they decide to rest some players. They have options for them in the form of benched players as players like David Willey, Murali Vijay and Faf du Plessis are waiting in the dugout to fire.
It will be game for CSK just to earn those two points and strengthen their position while it’s almost a ‘Do-or-Die’ game for the Mumbai Indians. It will be treat to watch out for this game just like every time they face each other. Also, it will be a good batting wicket as a lot of runs are expected to be scored.
