India’s current best two batsmen, Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma will face each other as Challengers Bangalore will take on the Mumbai Indians at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium.
Both teams stand at similar situations as both have won just two games in this year’s IPL. But MI, after winning the last convincingly, will look a lot more positive than Bangalore. RCB, on the other hand, have a lot of problems to address with their team.
Mumbai Indians we’re playing almost the same playing XI from the beginning of the season but result was not coming in their favor. After the last game when they dropped Kieron Pollard from the side who was not performing well and brought in JP Duminy as a replacement. The odd turned into their favor as they defeated the in form CSK.
RCB on the other hand have a lot of problems which is both in their batting and bowling. Neither they have a finisher to end their batting nor they have a bowler who can bowl in the death overs.
AB de Villiers will play a major role if he is fit again and comes back to side as his team depend a lot on him. RCB is likely to make a few changes to their playing XI to get a winning combination while MI is not expected to do as and will look forward to repeat what they did against CSK.
