He was inspired to create Saltalk years earlier while at a dinner with his wife back in 2013 where she had a particularly startling reaction of homesickness when presented with a dish that reminded her of home.
Since that fateful dinner, Mr. Ming has been on a quest to create the most authentic experience possible and offer a lifeline for those feeling homesick to have a seasoned taste of the homeland delivered to their front door.

Saltalk is not the international cuisine delivery service in the United States. Diversification of cuisine is a staple of the country after all, with so many different cultures coming together to chase the American dream, the food has always been reflective of the people within the borders.

The Next Chapter
Saltalk recently opened up a secondary location in Santa Clara boasting a monumental 8000 Sq/ft. It seems that the people have taken a liking to the taste of genuineness which begs the question, where to next?
