The bottom two teams at the Points Table of IPL 2018, Royal Challengers Bangalore and Delhi Daredevils will face each other in the second game of the double-header on Saturday. It would an important game to win for both teams as they have only won a single game in the four matches each played by both the teams.
Both teams are also going through same issues that they are top order batting heavy while finishing it is concern for them. Delhi has Vijay Shankar and Chris Morris on which they can’t rely much while on the other hand, RCB has inexperienced Sarfaraz Khan and Mandeep Singh. Mandeep has done well this season but Sarfaraz has not been able to make up the opportunities given to him.
Bowling is also a major concern for both the teams as for RCB, they have the worst economy rate while bowling in the death overs of 12.50 while for DD also, all their bowlers have been on the expensive. For this, both are expected to play an extra bowler as DD will look to replace Vijay Shankar and Bangalore might drop Sarfaraz Khan.
Cloudy skies are expected during the matches it has been raining in Bangalore. Teams have also not been able to practice prior to the match due to this. A huge threat of rain is there which may also result in abandoning the match.
